Ratings and Reviews Pointe on Westshore Apartments
Loved living here until they took away all guest parking. Cant have family/significant other/friends over ever now or their cars will be towed. So expensive to not be able to have people at your home, will be leaving soon as lease is up and sadly cant recommend this place now when before this issue arose I truly would have told anyone this was the place to be! Also only 2 buildings get roof access and if you dont live in them you dont have access to that amenity anymore even though we used to. Sad its going downhill :( Apartments are beautiful and maintenance team is great though! If you dont mind having less amenities than others and not being able to have anyone over then its the place for you because it truly is a beautiful property.

I have lived here for 2 years and while I have generally enjoyed living here, the parking situation has me so frustrated I am planning on moving out when my lease ends. The community took an approach that turned the parking problem from bad to worse. Previously, I never had issues as a resident finding visitor parking. I am not the type of resident that often has guests over to my home, but each resident was previously permitted 3 guest passes per month, which was nice because visitor parking is scarce. So, if I knew I was having a relative visit for a weekend, I could plan ahead. However, this month, those guest passes were taken away after incidences of a few residents being towed because a lack of parking spaces. Again, I have lived here for 2 years and never had an issue with myself finding parking. Now, the issue is that if you are a normal adult with a 9 to 5 job, the chances of you getting a visitor parking spot any day of the week for your guest is 0%. Every single day, for the past month, when I come home from work there is not a spot open. When I leave for work, there is not a spot open. Its the same cars parked there day in and day out. There are several residents that move their cars into those parking spaces during the day to reserve them for their guests, which is allegedly against community rules, however I brought this to the front offices attention and the rules continue to be broken. There is zero enforcement of visitor parking rules. Visitors are only allowed to be in a specific spot for 24 hours, yet the same black car with a Maryland license plate has been parked there for WEEKS. Im so over it. I am not even a resident with a social life and it is getting in the way of my enjoyment of the property. For instance, Im going out of town and cant even get a house sitter because - where are they going to park? Are they supposed to just scavenge for visitor parking and then never leave the property for my entire vacation? Its absolutely ridiculous. It wouldnt irritate me as much if there wasnt the same residents working the system and leaving the residents that have consistently followed the rules completely screwed. Moral of the review: if you would like to have a significant other, friend, family member, or literally anyone other than yourself, visit your home - find somewhere else to live.

Lived here for 1 year.
In general, nothing to complain about at all. The apartment complex is almost new and hence its pretty clean and well maintained.
Some people complain about the parking here.
I would say, that there is enough space for the residents and we didnt have the problem with it. They have some spots for visitors but theyre limited.
i guess some residents invite their friends/relatives without the pass and then their car is being towed. Better to think about it in advance and there shouldnt be any issues with that.

Amazing place! Shoutout to the management and all howeverThere is a huge parking issue here especially after 10 pm. Got my car towed because I had to park at a no parking zone due to not a single spot being available. Ownership refused to reimburse the towing fee :( hopefully they come up with a solution by the end of my leasing term so I dont have to move out.
