Having been a resident of Millennium Westshore for almost three years, I have had ample time to experience the highs and lows of living in this apartment complex. On the positive side, the maintenance team deserves a special shoutout for their quick and efficient response to any issues. The online resident portal is intuitive, making it easy to manage my account and request services. The staff members are also a highlight, consistently demonstrating kindness and a willingness to help, which has significantly contributed to creating a welcoming community atmosphere. Another notable advantage of living here has been the effective pest control measures in place. Throughout my residency, I never encountered issues with pests, which is not something all complexes can boast about and adds a level of comfort to daily living. However, it's not all been smooth sailing. The annual rent increases have not been accompanied by tangible property improvements, which is a sore point for me and other residents. Security concerns have marred my experience, with my car being broken into twice and management's response being less than satisfactory, citing the absence of surveillance cameras. The package room has also been compromised multiple times, and while the introduction of Fetch Delivery is a welcome initiative, it feels like a stopgap rather than a solution to the underlying security shortcomings. Additionally, the parking lot has been the scene of multiple accidents involving parked cars, raising questions about vehicular safety within the complex. In summary, while Millennium Westshore excels in staff responsiveness, pest control, and user-friendly resident services, it falls short on security and property enhancements. Addressing these concerns would not only justify the living costs but also elevate the overall resident experience. There are nearby apartments that are newer with greater security measures that I would consider.

The website states, The Millennium Westshore represents the best in Tampa luxury apartment living If this is the best Tampa has to offer, we are all in a lot of trouble. From trash piling up at the chute and an endless garage repair project that often makes driving unsafe, the complex hasnt much to offer beyond great location. Its noisy, both people and pets. There is little communication about major projects in areas of the complex that might actually cause issues during the day. Packages get stolen from the mailroom and the staff does not show any real concern other than to remind you that they are not responsible. But, rest assured you will be reminded weekly about the food truck and yoga at the pool. Now, if you are a fan of fire alarms going off randomly and continuously, whether there is an emergency or not, then this is your new home. Seriously, if I could give this place a negative review, I would. One star is being gracious with how loathsome my experience has been and I have already marked the day I will give my notice to leave.

Business Response on Google Mar 8th, 2024
Hi David. We apologize that the fire alarms have gone off during the garage construction. We know this is frustrating and have been doing our best to keep communication open with the residents. If you would like to sit down and discuss this in person we would be happy to meet with you. Feel free to come by the office or email us at [email protected] to set up a time to talk.
