Im a real estate agent here in Tallahassee and recently had a customer purchasing a home with an older roof. We had a home inspection completed using an inspector on the recommendation of the customers friend, and the inspection stated the roof had five years left, and was insurable. Luckily, we had 1st Choice Pest Services complete the Wood Destroying Organisms (WDO) inspection where they look for wood rot, termites, etc. during this inspection, Brian, with 1st Choice Pest Services was able to identify at least 7 to 8 leaks in the roof that had gone missed by the home inspector. Thanks to 1st Choice Pest Servicesa inspection we were able to negotiate a new roof for the first time home buyers and save them a huge headache down the road. Service: Termite inspection

I had a WDO home inspection. Brian was great! He did a thorough inspection. During the inspection he spent time to explain things, shared a lot of information, and answered my questions in easy to understand terms. I received the report the same day. Worst pest control in town. They did a wdo inspection on my house before I bought it. They gave the house a clean bill of health. No termites. A few days later I found termites on my own. I made a 6 figure decision on their horrible inspection. Then when I told them about it, they didn't offer free service to fix the problem. They tried to bully me into not suing. DON'T USE!!! The response below is invalid. Yes, they treated at my expense. All that is beside the point. They are a pest control company and they did not find any pests during their WDO inspection. That is their sole job. Plus, they did bully me into not suing. Ask yourself, do you want to hire a company for the sole purpose of inspecting your potential new home for pests and then base your home purchasing on a bad inspection? They were hired to find pests. They said there were no pests. I found them. A lay person that knows nothing about termites. Then they have the gull to charge me for pest control after the fact. It's their fault.
