I think that they should be more documented when filing a lawsuit, this firm promises to get money from any individual or firm, it doesn't matter if you lie or not, be careful with this

They were very polite & attentive... until mediation. During the case they would call me back pretty quickly & were so helpful. However, after mediation we were disappointed because the settlement was nowhere near in the ballpark of what we were being told it would be. I understand maybe it was out of their control but after mediation day they stopped returning our calls! We left so many messages & not one call back from either attorney for 7 weeks! The secretary was clearly annoyed of our calls but always said the attorneys were out of the office when we called but they NEVER returned one call! The way we were treated before mediation verses after mediation was like night and day and very disappointing.
