They were consistently available for my needs.. answered every question and listened to everything I wanted to share. HTO PEOPLE, PLEASE READ THIS! THERE IS HOPE. I just wanted to say how thrilled I am with Jeff Gorman's Law Team. My Story: March 6th of 2024 I got pulled over and taken in to Martin County Jail, informed that I had HTO (Habitual Traffic Offender) Status and that it was a Felony. I had three infraction suspensions (Driving without knowledge of suspension) Due to speeding tickets that went to collections and a lapse in my insurance. Being a young entrepreneur, my pockets were empty. I paid for everything, my home rent, Business rent, car payment, insurance. If I wanted it, it was on my dime. Therefore Sometimes I was not able to afford all my bills. I spent 4 hours in a holding cell until I was out on bond by family. Prayed and meditated. The next day I got my car out of Tri-County Towing lot in Palm City & the License plate was taken off. Engine completely chewed up by rats! Battery dead (They left it on) and sap all over my car. What a dirty place! I was informed by my brother. Never have I ever heard of what an HTO was, it would've been nice if the DMV informed me during my last reinstatement that if I got suspended one more time it would halt my driving privilege for 5 years. Meanwhile I opened my business just 20 days before all of this in February of 2024, a new business owner with her name defamed online for an arrest. What a nightmare! With a Felony, my dreams of traveling outside of the US and voting, and carrying a gun for protection were OUT THE DOOR. Working two jobs, I had to uber absolutely EVERYWHERE for 7 months. If I wanted food I had to order Uber Eats $20 just for a chicken wrap to be delivered. (Don't forget the tip, good grief). Being a young woman, getting into strangers cars multiple times a day for months was not ideal, it was dangerous and extremely uncomfortable but it was my last resort. Tiffany at Law Office of Jeff Gorman was my best friend in the midst of this. In less than a month she called to inform me, they were able to get my Felony and arrest dropped and erased, especially online! Praise the Lord. Things were looking up. As months went by, I learned that if you get a speeding ticket DO NOT PAY IT. Hire an attorney or TicketMaster to get it OFF your license. I thought you only had to hire an attorney if you were getting sued for something, not a simple speeding ticket. If you pay your speeding tickets that admits fault and case closed. The points go on your license. I thought by paying my tickets, and getting my insurance up to date was fixing the problem, until I got pulled over at a red light for an HTO on my record due to me paying these tickets/admitting "fault". I am so THANKFUL for this company fighting for my privilege to drive. They got my Felony DROPPED, Arrest Expunged, and HTO OFF MY RECORD!!!!! 7 Months of no driving is nothing compared to what I would've had to experience (5 YEARS) if it wasn't for them. The rest of my 20s would've gone to Ubers, until I'm 30 if it wasn't for their hard work and dedication. The only thing I would say is they are very busy at Jeff Gorman, so getting in contact was sometimes a hassle but do not let that discourage your decision by going with them. The results speak for itself. I am happy, independent and safe in my own car again. I can't thank them enough. Just remember to Pray and choose Jeff Gorman Law Team!!!! GOD BLESS THANK YOU!!!!!!!
