        This was my first experience with Auto Medics, and I was thoroughly impressed. They were honest, trustworthy, and exceptionally polite. They went out of their way to take care of me, which really stood out. Its hard to find a reliable repair shop these days, but Ive definitely found one. Ill be bringing my car back here in the future without hesitation.

        From my phone call to inquire about the cost of an oil-filter change, to the service done on my 2019 Benz, the cost was much more competitive than another similar Benz private mechanic in my area and of course than a Benz dealership. The service was friendly and professional. My car even received the German made motor oil liquid molly. Clean waiting office with treats for customers. Very pleased. Thank you and God bless. Give them a try.

        I moved here from NY on July 13th. I know no one here in St. Augustine. The hatch on my SUV would not catch. My son googled to find a garage. They got me in literally the next day!! I cannot say enough about the efficiency, customer service, and the great service that I was provided. Fortunately my trucks problem was as simple as a penny being stuck where it wasnt suppose to be!!! I was graciously driven back to my home so they could address the situation. I was not charged for their wonderful service. I will definitely return for any of my automotive needs. As a single mom in a new location to have found these folks was a definite godsend!!! Thank you for a great experience!!!
