Oh my gosh! Susan Fedor and her team were absolutely amazing!! We just bought our first home and we are just so happy. Susan spent so much time with us looking at several homes until we came across a new build. And due to the building process, she spent even more time with usfrom slab to walk through. Her advise, her knowledge, and all of her recommendations were so helpful through it all. And we cannot thank her enough. Allen Smith was extremely professional and very helpful in the home buying process. He went above an beyond to assist to limit my travel from out of town for inspections and contractor meetings. He was in constant contact with the seller's agent to ensure everything went smoothly leading up to the successful closing.

Susan helped me do my home search both virtually and physically since I was originally in Michigan and eventually made it to Florida. She has a wonderful personality and was awesome to work with along with her team of assistance. We started off in St. Augustine and eventually found the right house in Yulee Florida.
