Bethany is a true and rare find! My wife and I were looking for a home for a 1031 exchange, never had been to the St Augustine area before but Bethany made the transaction go so smoothly. She showed us many homes that fit the parameters we were looking for, showed us around the town and island adding all the great spots locals only know about. She found us the home that hit all the buttons, negotiated the deal, followed it through escrow closing. All very professional, we can honestly say the transaction ended in a friendship.
