My husband I just moved from up north to Florida. Anastasia was the perfect Realtor for us. She is knowledgeable and helpful and we found just what we were looking for in our new home. An added benefit is her husband, Sean, who is a General Contractor. We wanted to make a couple of changes to our home before we moved in and Sean took over and made arrangements for the work to be done. This would have been impossible for us to do before we moved to Saint Augustine. We had a banking glitch at our closing which was quite stressful -- but Anastasia kept her cool and was very encouraging when encouragement was needed! We definitely recommend Anastasia Forrest at EXP Realty if you are looking for a Realtor who is a total asset throughout the whole home buying process.

My husband and I enjoyed working with Anastasia while searching for our home. She was always cheerful, a good listener, rather observant and gracious. We felt heard and understood by her. Anastasia was prompt, sitting in the house with it all ready for us to look!! She kept us on track when we looked at multiple houses in a day. I closed on my home 10/18/23 and I had the pleasure of working with Anastasia, she made the home buying process so much smoother. The process can be very stressful but my team was great, I was always informed on the next steps and everything was done in a timely manner. She is also the sweetest person, Highly recommended !!!!

Anastasia is thoughtful and intuitive, honest and communicated throughout the process. She helped me purchase my condo in St. Augustine. I didnt have much time and needed to stay under budget. She overcame any obstacle, provided direction and negotiated for the one I wanted. We had a very smooth transaction, closed on time, and under budget. I would absolutely have her help me again.

Anastasia and Sean were exceptional realtors. Showed me the house I was interested in the same day that I asked. They wrote up my offer that night, it was accepted, and kept everything on track to get to closing in less than 30 days. True professionals, very responsive, and work to get the job done.
