Greg came to my home for an inspection and have a report. Upon moving in, we found out our garage door was severely broken and while it did open/shut it had been patched to function months before. Greg completely missed this and it is now costing us $1400.00 to repair. I do not recommend using Greg. Look elsewhere for your home inspection.

Greg did a great job. I have had many inspections over the years and his was the best by far. His reports are easy to read followed with photos showing the problem areas and helpful advice to follow up. I feel very confident in his report and would not hesitate to refer him to family and friends.
