I am very pleased with my dog haircut. Very reliable and affordable. Most places you can't get an appointment till 3 weeks out. I was able to get an appointment with Riverview Grooming the next day. We'll be returning for sure.

This situation happened about two months ago (just getting around to leaving review) I used to love this place and recommend people to go here. But no longer! Last time (2 months ago) we took our dog here. They cut 14/18 nails too low causing them to bleed. When I told the lady at the front. She came out to the car (since my dog was terrified to go back in) and placed some cornstarch on one of the nails dripping blood. It stopped it for a little bit but not long. And then my dog peed in the car from being scared to death right after the lady left my car. I went back in to ask for a towel to clean up the mess. But no one was to be found. They werent coming out from the back. I told one of the customers what happened since they asked if everything was ok. The customer went out to their car and kindly gave me a towel she had in her car. After trying to contact the owner. The only response I got was sorry and you can use cornstarch to stop the bleed couldnt even offer a lousy $13 refund. My friend that I have recommended this place to a long time ago, Has now has two bad situations happen to her dog. I no longer will recommend this place to anyone and will never be returning here again! This is animal abuse as far as Im concerned and shouldnt be tolerated!

It was my first time here today I took my 9year old Boxer AJ female for a bath and nail trim I usually do it home and shes used to that but I do not have enough time to lately, and she is usually anxious and little feisty towards new people and places the gentleman upfront was so sweet and helpful Ill be bringing her here from now on and gosh she smells like bubble gum you guys are amazing thank you!
