    We have the tech Ben and he does a good job. He is courteous and soft spoken and is quick to get the job done. We have not had any issues and when we notice more activity then normal we call and request a respray and always have someone out that week. Wish the office would give us more than a day notice of our service on our schedule but they are good about getting us on another day if the day they picked does not work.

    I started with this company many years back before it became Daves and was Life Cycle Pest control . We have had the same Technician Ryan all these years.Ryan is a very kind human and really cared about his quailty of work . Last week Thrusday ( 9-5-2024) would have been my scheduled day for yard/pest spraying. I had to reschedule because I was having company that day and did not want the spraying done . It was rescheduled for today (9-12-2024). I am in my office working and the doorbell rings , I look on my camera and see a man I am not familiar with. I look at my other camera and go and see that it's Dave's pest control truck but yet the two men here I've never seen before as I was working. I was not able to get up from the desk and go answer the door, but figured they would just do their service and, 13 cameras on my home so I was able to watch aspect of what they were doing.To my surprise, I was very let down to see that my yard was barely sprayed, large areas were not even bothered with, and they did not spray one shrub or tree in the yard. My original agreement with the company was to have all trees shrubs, and all areas of lawn sprayed for bugs, pest, weeds.Since I realized the people in my yard were not my usual technician Ryan I watched them even closer. So is this the ruse now,ring the doorbell if no one answers you do a half assed job.I called the main office number to question why Ryan was not my technician and I was instructed that he's no longer with the company. The people that were in my home was supposedly the local manager of the office and he was supposedly training a new technician well I watched them, and he was supposed to be training this man he surely didn't pay any attention to what this gentleman was doing around my home. The "manager." walked around with the hose to do his spraying while the other man walked around with a pole with a brush on it acting like he was brushing the eaves of the building when he never even bothered not once to extend it up and make it longer and I know for a fact that you need to because I do it to my own home every single week. So that tells me that you did not clean nor did you clean the pool cage with your so-called brush. The other gentleman was too lazy so he kept pulling the hose around without properly watching what he was doing and ended up ripping out my Malibu lights in the front garden around my circular driveway.I am so glad that I actually was home and was watching my camera system when these so-called technicians decided they wanted to like I was getting a complete service when in fact, I got a quarter of a service. I am very let down to hear that my original technician is no longer with their company that I can now see why if he has a regional manager that is so nonchalant and customer service he probably left for greener pastures. Good luck to you. you'll probably get a better job elsewhere. I always pay whatever the fees are ,when I get the proper service don't do it once or twice to make it look like this is what you're gonna do and then skip on the remainder and then still charge your customers full price, when you think no one is watching ! Word of advice to your management team, when you have a long-term technician that services many people for many years and that technician decides to leave for whatever reason. You as a manager would make sure when you send out the email or the text message showing that your service is scheduled for this particular day, you should inform your clients, that the technician has been changed and this would be the people that will be walking into your home or onto your property. To burn my bridge even more, you leave me a little tiny piece of paper with pre-printed information written on that my fees are gonna go up not a few dollars but substantial dollars and you hand write in where the dollar amounts are gonna be? You just lost a great client , who always pays on time but does ecept the services promissed. Beware and watch to make sure your getting service that your paying for .
