Top Self Storage - Pompano Beach

Disappointed due to false information. I stopped by a total of 5 different storage companies to view a 10x15 climate controlled storage unit. Upon getting to this company, I noticed the 50% off for the first 3 months special promotion posted outside. I was assisted by Galo who was nice but provided misleading information. Upon asking about the special, Galo stated it was for select units. He showed me a climate control 10x15 unit and shared that only the first 2 months was at 50% off and the 3rd month was at full price. He also shared the first 2 months must be paid in full upon move in. Considering this was my last storage company I visited, I found it odd that the advertised first 3 months at 50% off promotion would not be honored inside the store. After thanking Galo for his assistance before departing Top Self Storage, I asked again about special and he reiterated it was only on select units. My special he offered was 50% off for the first 2 months and payment of two months was due upon move in then the 3rd month was regular price. I went home and verified on the Top Self Storage website that the first 3 months at 50% off applied to any unit and only the prorated charges for the 1st month was due upon move in. I think it is important to be honest with potential customers as the internet/company website will verify an employees information. In conclusion, I will not be doing business with this company.
