The hard and tedious method of stepping into a brand new region changed into made easy or even fun via the means of those gentlemen. They have been keen to make certain the whole thing went in which we desired it to and have been very cautious with our property. They have helped us so much, and we might be satisfied to cope with them as soon as possible.

Great movers, the supervisor was very quick to reply to any extra questions that I had. Team arrived on time and the belongings were packed and relocated very properly. There have been no delays or interruptions.

The crew was very expert and professional. The group of movers was pleasant and hardworking and the task was performed quickly. These men are first-rate! I would definitely suggest them!

Allegiance Van Lines mission is "to provide high-quality services in a timely manner."
I have received nothing but the complete opposite from this moving company. DO NOT USE this company as they will employ bait and switch tactics to get you to sign an initial contract with them.
I was told by my sales represenative, Mike, that I could expect my items by the week of 6/19. I showed him all the items in my home so he could create a quote. He assured me if there was less items at the time of pickup, my total payment would be lower.
I had very high hopes for this moving company. I thought I had gotten a great quote for a full service move.
I got rid of 4-5 large boxes of items, thinking that would lower my quote.
The movers ended up being a 3rd party called "Rapid Relocation".
When the movers came, they ended up charging me an extra $800 on the spot due to having "more items than the quote". I don't know if the quote was completely wrong or the movers just packed less items into more boxes in order to get a higher payout. They also didn't even borrow to bring their credit card swipe machine so I had to be sure to pay all of this extra money up front. During the entire time they were packing and moving my stuff, they were ill prepared. There as many times where they said they were "done" and then I'd go do a walk through of the home and there would be multiple items not packed up in different rooms.
When I signed a new contract with Rapids, and was told I'd receive an electronic copy. I never received the copy of the contract until weeks later after repeatedly asking.
Because of the expectations set by Allegiance, I planned my move accordingly to be in my new city that week. When the movers came, they said it was more likely to be Friday 6/23. Okay, not ideal, but doable.
When 6/23 rolled around, I had no update on my ETA for my items. I had been sleeping on an air mattress with none of my cookware to cook with, 90% of my clothes missing. I was holding out on buying any new items as I didn't think waiting a week was too bad. I called Allegiance for an update, who told me Rapid Relocations would call me. Rapid did not call. I had to call Allegiance more than once to get Rapid to give me a call. Then Rapid says I'll get my stuff "early next week, Monday or Tuesday."
Ok, I thought, I can wait another few days. The week of 6/26/23 rolls around and no update or delivery date is set. I call Rapid again, and my texts and calls are ignored. I call Allegiance, who again tells me to call Rapid. Then Allegiance tells me Rapid informed them my move was now going to be scheduled for Thursday or Friday. I had an appointment Thursday I had to cancel based on this, and I have been unable to schedule due to the uncertainity on my delivery date. They won't tell you this, but if YOU need to reschedule delivery, they will charge another $1,500.00
After a few more attempts to reach out to Rapid, they confirm the same with me and explain "another customer wanted their delivery on Thursday, so you will be on Friday or Saturday."
Thursday 6/29/23 rolls around. I'm not scheduled for Friday. I call Rapid for another update, and they tell me "I will call the driver for an update." This never happens. Rapid ignores my calls until I call on a different phone. Then they tell "It will be this weekend."
It is currently this weekend. I have no delivery ETA, nothing was scheduled for Sunday or Monday. Tuesday is the 4th of July so it will not count as a a "business day."
During this entire process, Allegiance and Rapid have given me terrible customer service and continuously have given me the run around. They have made no offers to make this right, and I am still without any of my items with no ETA for delivery. They keep quoting the "legal timeline" in the contract, a contract they refuse to send me. They will also not tell me where my stuff even is right now. At this point, I don't think I will ever get my items.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
