We Will Transport It

Dispatcher here. Booked a load over the phone, didnt receive the rate con, called them back, and they cancelled on me. Very frustrating!!!

Jonathan Triska was the first person to reach out quickly and be willing to organize our transport needs quickly. Customer service these days seems to be a nightmare so it was awesome to have an individual who actually was responsive and answered all my questions. He was also patient and waited for us to make some decisions. Huge thanks!

This company does not own any equipment, they post your vehicle on boards and hope and pray a transport company takes the load. Horrible customer service to the transporters. They send you to vehicles /boats not road worthy and blame the transport company. stay away, look for a direct transporter

This is a unbelievably terrible company to work with. They are rude , negligent, and do not observe any level of responsibility for mistakes that they make. Extreme caution is recommended for anyone looking to do business with We Will Transport It.

It took over a week for me to get my vehicle. As Im writing this review my vehicle still isnt at its final destination. Started this process on 5/20 wanted a 5/22 pickup and 5/24 drop off in Louisiana. Car doesnt get picked up til 5/24 after 1400. Broker quickly collected after claiming vehicle had transporter. I have to deal with the driver. Already getting bad vibes at this point. I knew it wouldnt make the deadline(arrive before memorial weekend). Got a text from the driver early Thursday morning stating truck had broke down in north Florida; hours before promised arrival. Im sorry is what I got from driver. Contact we will transport; Will(broker) unaware of truck breaking down until I called!! Corporate song and dance we apologize for this, the vehicle will come Tuesday. Hes been paid already mind you Tuesday came and went. Wednesday called again wheres vehicle? Only to be told itll e there Wednesday night. I the customer at 2300 text driver stating it clearly wont be here tonight, he then tells me Thursday morning 0700 good for you? WHAT?! Its now a week later. Will advises to talk to driver when they come he can maybe knock off $100 A $100 dollars Sir you contracted unreliable help and thats your response. This company was listed as n the BBB website with a 4 rating This is far from 4 star performance. Communication lacks, contractors unreliable, and customer service well below 1
