This score is not based on any 1 factor. The whole process was convoluted from the start/initial call. First, when calling this business, I was greeted by someone who had an overly thick accent that was hard to understand and spoke fast. Regardless, I was able to set up an appointment for the following day. This assistant/secretary said they were going to send over a calendar invite. When it arrived, it was nothing more than a placeholder. It had no instructions. Didn't say if I was to call them or if they were to call me. The invite made no sense, had typo's and reflected my own cell number in it. At the time of the appointment the next day, I waited 2-3 minutes to see if anyone would call. They didn't so I called the main number. I got a different receptionist this time, explained I had a 2pm appointment and wasn't sure what the process was. She told me Marc Brown would call me, said goodbye and hung up. I waited another 15 minutes and no call. I called again, got yet another receptionist who was more pleasant to speak with than the prior 2. She asked me to hold while she tried contacting Marc. She tried one of his lines, then the next to no avail. She then said she would send him a message letting him know of the meeting he was missing. I said thank you, hung up, and never received ANY follow up from his office. No call, no emails, no "Hey, I'm tied up on another call, can we reschedule?", nothing. As far as I'm concerned, the basic rules of business etiquette are gone and this is lost business for them.

Marc's office is wonderful, they are always responsive and knowledgeable. Working with them has been a pleasure from beginning to end. I highly recommend them.
