        Brenda Bush is the worse person that can handle your file. She is Very rude and dont listen to the clients. Poor service dont recoment.

        If I can give zero star, I would. This is the worst company ever. Just because they are a law firm they believe they can just treat people just any how. We settled an account with them for Best Buy, to get Settlement letter sent to you - you will have to call like 20 or more times. The agent we dealt with was Ernest Benoit, he does not have any empathy for anyone. After settling the account, I called numerous time with no lead way or answers to why the account hasn't been closed or receive a settlement letter. I am still waiting after payment was cleared on 05/11/2021. I called several time can't connect with anyone to assist right away and when you leave messages no call back.
