The remediation process itself was very professional and efficient. The crew arrived on time every day, fully equipped with HEPA air scrubbers to contain the mold spores and protect our indoor air quality. They used negative air pressure to ensure contaminated air wasn't spreading throughout the house. To them safety was a top priority throughout the process. The crew wore all the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE), including respirators, suits, and gloves. They also carefully disposed of all contaminated materials according to regulations. Now, our mold problem is completely gone.

The initial inspection was thorough and informative. The inspector explained everything in detail, including the type of mold present and the extent of the problem. He used a moisture meter to pinpoint areas with excess moisture, a thermal camera to identify hidden mold growth behind walls, and an air quality test to determine the level of mold spores in the air. Thanks to Siccum Group's expertise and professionalism, our mold problem is completely gone. We received a final clearance report with post-remediation air quality testing results to ensure our home is safe and healthy again.

I had an amazing customer service experience with Siccum Group. I was dealing with an extremely stressful water damage-related issue in my apartment, and unfortunately, my building's leasing office was being terribly unhelpful to deal with - which is why I was so beyond grateful to have met Siccum Group and have their expertise at my disposal.
