    People where friendly. Only thing is you haven't been carrying the Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches. I have to go to the Apopka store just to buy them. Self check out was easy and quick.

    Hire more people. This is ridiculous! The line is so long it feels as if you're standing at an amusement park just so they can check your receipt to make sure that you're not stealing anything

    This is sadly one of the worst Sam's Clubs you'll encounter. The location and parking are both not good. Getting into and out of the store location from Colonial is always disorganized and inconvenient. The parking is arranged in a way that generally necessitates going directly in front of the store where car and pedestrian interaction is unavoidable. The store itself seems small and cramped. Most of the employees attempt to be helpful, but there are enough of the less helpful kind that it mars the experience. At times it makes you question the wisdom of the decision to come in. The food area is really small and requires standing in line twice to get your order. Employee service here is the lowlight of the entire experience. There are some workers that attempt to make the experience survivable, but there are a couple (and the same ones always seem to be there) that are so inept and uncaring that they crash the process beyond the efforts of their coworkers. It is almost comical that I recognize these workers by face because of their lasting negative poor performance. In the dozen or so times I have ordered, I have always wished I had not already paid so I could simply walk away. The inefficiency and lack of service just wears you down. We still use Sam's, but the experience at this location causes us to rarely face the struggle and head elsewhere.
