A to Z gave us a quote to trim trees, remove hedges and clean up the property. Stump grinding was not offered, although we did ask. Although Mike, the owner and his wife Sherry were both very personable and professional, including Mike coming immediately to see and quote the project, that's where it all turned sour. Many of the projects that he said would be done, weren't - and our property was left in a complete mess. They also cut some irrigation wires, and we were alotted $100.00 to have someone come in and repair it. That's on an $11,000.00 project! My quote was as follows - Tree trimming Tree pruning Remove hedges Remove plants. Much more was discussed, but not taken care of. Please make sure to get a VERY detailed written quote. I would definitely not recommend this company except to trim or prune your trees. VERY disappointed. I am hoping to include pictures of the mess that was left behind, but I don't know if it is allowed. Please feel free to enlarge the photos for closer details.
