I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the customer service I received during my recent interaction regarding a potential job opportunity. When I first arrived at your office with my male friend, the representative immediately assumed I knew Spanish and said, Oh, you cant show up like that without an appointment, instead of offering a welcoming greeting or asking how she could help in either English or Spanish. It was my friend who understood what she was saying, not me. This awkward and unprofessional interaction set the tone for what followed. I initially reached out to your team for assistance with a job placement, providing all the necessary information. I was informed that I would be working with Hampton Inn. However, during a follow-up call, the representative seemed more concerned with the whereabouts of another individual I had been with, rather than addressing my own inquiries or assisting with my job search. Despite my efforts to explain that I did not know the individuals location or phone number, the representative repeatedly insisted on asking for his contact information, rather than focusing on helping me. Furthermore, the representative assumed I had black pants that were not jeans, which was inaccurate. She informed me of this requirement at the last minute and abruptly ended the phone call without offering an apology or suggesting any solutions. She also failed to provide accurate information, giving me an address that could not be found on Google Maps. To add to my frustration, the representative did not acknowledge or address the fact that I am female, continuing to focus solely on the male individual involved. Ultimately, she ended the call without any resolution, leaving me feeling disregarded and unhelped. This experience was unprofessional and disrespectful. I had hoped to receive clear communication and assistance, but instead, I was left without any support and with no clear next steps. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and ensure that future interactions reflect a higher level of professionalism and customer care. The attention is very disappointing since they treat you in a despotic manner and with little education, despite speaking English and Spanish, they treat you like an undocumented beggar, both the job seeker and the agency benefit from getting the job so that should not be the treatment

I am deeply concerned about the situation my daughter is currently facing, as it appears to involve potentially suspicious or illegal activity. She was contacted by a company regarding a hiring event, but the provided address was invalid. Initially, she was informed that she had been hired by Hampton Inn, yet the conflicting details about the address and event have raised significant concerns.Moreover, the communication from this company contained multiple spelling and grammatical errors, which further adds to the suspicion and seems unprofessional. Given these inconsistencies, I am increasingly worried that this may be linked to illicit activities, such as sex trafficking.I would greatly appreciate any guidance or resources to ensure my daughters safety and to verify the legitimacy of this hiring process. Should it be necessary, I am prepared to report this matter to the appropriate authorities or organizations.Thank you for your attention to this serious concern
