I called on the telephone to have my taxes done by Jackson and Hewitt. When calling them I told them I was disabled and didn't know how to use the computer well the office manager then took over and did my taxes for me now one word she has said has been right number one I was supposed to get a packet in the mail I live 2 hours away and I had my taxes done on January 13th I received my permanent card before I got the packet well now my money's on the permanent card but my worker at Jackson and Hewitt was trying to help and made a number for me as a pin because there's been a confusion since January 13th and now it is April 2nd I get my money finally my 1400 was shouldn't even have went to Jackson Hewitt Dad no right to take that money that money should have been in his check just like Nettie said she switched it to a check and I signed the papers I sent my signature and I even took a picture of myself and my ID. So why can't I have my money I can answer every single security question right so what is the problem with Jackson and Hewitt??? Some people don't belong work there. Especially if they are rude and tell you to call and there when you call them at that time they don't answer. On a Friday everything's going to be fine enjoy your weekend will fix it on Monday that never happened either. Somebody got that package before I did because they're the ones who made up the numbers not me. I'm about to have a stroke I've already suffered two in my life and I just suffered one in May of last year and these people are putting me through hell. If I die if I end up in the hospital I will make sure that Nettie Smith gets the bill. Nobody go to Jackson Hewitt on Colonial Drive in Orlando Florida they make way too many mistakes for this place to be called professional well my money came in that I've been expecting my 1680 $2 from the stimulus package from Donald Trump well I can't get my money because they got it on a Serve card and nobody calls me to help me fix the problem because it wasn't fixed right when they were supposed to fix it right and then they close today oh don't call back in 2 days they don't and they are being investigated by the Better Business Bureau people so hang on to your wall and save your money because you're never going to get your money off your serve account I the people at the tax office and Nettie did it office manager in the supervisor you think he would Overlook something like this he don't care he don't return phone calls either so how do I get my money now because you're close and the Better Business Bureau is checking you out and the i r s. You should pay me Triple the amount that I should get back putting me through 5 months I'm trying to get my money out of Jackson and Hewitt they are thieves and will steal your money with an American Express Serve card and nobody is helpful
