PLEASE DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! If I could give 0 stars, I would. They were good until they received the first payment. During the process, the sales person we worked with said they did not need any additional documentation from us, two weeks later and no updates, we called and came to find out that they were waiting on us to fill out a document AFTER we confirmed with them that they did not need anything from us. I had my name spelled incorrectly on the city permit. The nightmare started on Wednesday, the first day they worked on our roof. They ruined my entire flower bed and my boxwood shrub that I spent a lot of time and money to make it look nice. They did not have care and respect for my property. We were told they were coming the following morning to finish the work. Fast forward to the next day, no one showed up, we called early in the afternoon to see what was going on and come to find out they miscounted the materials and needed to order more to finish the work. IF WE DIDNT CALL TO SEE WHY NO ONE SHOWED UP, THEY WOULD HAVE NEVER TOLD US, the lack of communication is astounding. In the 3 days the crew were changing our roof, no one from Method Roofing came to check the work or talk to us to see how everything was going (they promised they would be on site during the process). The crew finished the roof on Friday and when we went outside to check the work, we noticed the roof vent had two different colors (silver and coffee) please keep in mind that our roof color is estate gray (a dark grey). We called method roofing to know why the vent had different colors since the sales guy assured us the vents would be the same color as the roof. Hours later Method Roofing came for the first time and talked to us, they spray painted the vents to make it look the same color as the roof, which it did! They said the dumpster would get picked up on Friday when they were done with the job. The dumpster did not get picked up, we then reached out and were told the truck broke down and the guy couldnt pick up (which is understandable)but again, they couldve called to let us know but they didnt. They said the guy would come the next day to pick it up, and he did not. Now, Ive had a dumpster in my driveway for almost a week, and I cannot access my garage since there is a huge dumpster in front of it and need to leave my car in the street. On top of that, I have black paint stains from the roofing adhesive on my driveway. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone, poor customer service and communication. If you dont want headaches, avoid working with them at all cost.

I can't say enough about how happy I am with the work these guys did. Clear and concise communication, QUALITY work and attention to detail!!! I wish I had another roof just so these guys could come and do it.

Method made the whole process a delight. From sign up, to shingles on my roof. The whole experience was amazing. They were with me through the entire process and responsive to any questions I had. 10/10 recommend them.
