Ted Riley took my 84 yr old mother's money ! Do not give him your money. He failed to pull proper permits and took deposit money and then some and abondoned project with bunch of excuses . Has not returned money for work that has not been completed According to contract. Do not Trust This guy. He also did same thing in other known projects. Be aware!!! I was without windows for 3 months with boards up. I have had a hole in front of my property he fails to do his job and lacks knowledge and responsibility and does not care. He lies and manipulates to take your money!!!

Worked for this company as subcontractor and did not paid. If I could give 0 stars I would. We were just asking for the work we did, nothing more. Not recommend doing business with Ted Riley.

We are subcontractors for T. Riley Inc and proud of it!!! We have worked with Mr. Riley on numerous of projects in the area. Great people, who are very attentive to theirs customer needs and their employees as well. No job too big or small and all are treated with the same great workmanship. Easy to work with and also a joy to work for. Highly recommended on all levels!

Having been in the real estate profession for over 25 years, I have worked with T.Riley Inc. for the last 18 years. They are always professional and aim to please. They are definitely my first choice in the greater Orlando area!
