This was my Best Customer Service experience, and I cant tell you how much of a great experience I had. From day one till the end of the job, the staff was so polite, on time, organized, detail oriented, experienced and knowledgeable of the job to be done and quick to take my roof replacement project. I will absolutely be recommending Icon Roofing Group Corp. to my friends.

After googling for a company for my roof replacement, Icon Roofing Group was my final pick. They had a 5-star rating. Their price was not the cheapest nor the most expensive among the 4 other companies that I had narrowed down to compare with. I also like the payment of 50% down on the day they started the work and the final payment when the job is done. Disappointedly, I regret choosing this company. I had been observing their workers since they started working on my roof. I could see their workers did their work well. However, the company did not send in enough workers when they wanted to have the job done in 2 days. They did not have the roof shingles delivered and had them set up on the roof the day before their work. The workers had to carry the roof shingles up to the roof and then keep rushing on doing their work from the morning till dark on the first day. On the second day, they only sent in 3 workers. I had to stop the workers working on my roof at 8:20 pm in the dark as they were still rushing to attempt to finish the job. It is a concern of safety and liability, and the company should not let their workers continue working in the dark. I had never seen people working that late on the roof. My neighbor also asked me how the roofers could work that late and make noise. Besides, how good a job would come out when they had to rush working in the dark. After they had my roof done, I went up to the attic to check. I found all 3 exhaust vent pipes from the bathrooms and dryer were not connected to the roof vents. They were all left about 2 to 7 inches respectively below the roof unconnected. I swept the ground around my house with a magnetic sweeper and picked up about 20 nails. I was lucky not to have a flat tire as I found 4 nails by the curb in front of my driveway. I read all the good reviews about this company before choosing them. It might be I am the only unlucky one. Or might be because I am also a handyman/DIY and I know. I am very disappointed about this company. Compared with a few other roofing companies I have seen doing roofs in my subdivision, I could only give this company a 3-star rating in all fairness. Update: 3 weeks after the roof replacement and many days of rain, a lot of brown color stains showed up on the fascia board. The color looks to match up with the color of the shingles. I attempted to clean it up in vain. Wondering if it was related to the quality of the shingles.. (There had never been any stains on the fascia board when I had my old roof). Update on 10/20/2022: After Hurricane Ian, I went up to the attic to check and found water leaking from the same leaking spot which I had stressed its problem to Ernest, the person who came to talk to me during my roofing shopping process. He sent someone to have the spot caulked 3 weeks later. Considering the water leaking, I have to lower the rating from 3-Star to 2-Star. Updated 3/28/2024: After painting the stained fascia boards 3 different times to cover the stains and stains kept re-appearing after rain, I did extensive research and came to find out that the issue was due to the improper installation of the shingle along the drip edges. And now I have to spend extra money, time, and labor to fix this problem all because of this roofing company I hired. I find this company deserves a one-star rating in all fairness.
