We were looking to replace our existing roof and came across Best Performance Roofing on Angies List with 5 star rating. So we decided to give them a call and Sam stopped by right away and gave me on the spot estimate. We went ahead and got 2- more estimates. Other 2 companies were not only higher in price, but did not include some of the work Best Performance Roofing promised ( like replacing chimney, skylights, rotten plywood, etc..) lot more work than other companies. Sam was very accommodating with what we asked for. Results are stunning. They went above and beyond with work. Our roof looks stunning. Our neighbors cant stop complimenting on our roof. Overall we are very happy with our roof. Sam and team did excellent job. We definitely 100% recommend BEST PERFORMANCE ROOFING to all our friends, family, neighbors looking for roof work. I had Best Performance Roofing install my new roof several years ago, and after the recent Hurricane Milton, I was concerned about how it held up. I reached out to Sam, who not only reassured me that everything would be fine, but also had a crew out to inspect the roof the very next day after the storm! The work they did years ago held up beautifully, and the minor soffit damage was fixed immediately. I can't thank Sam and his team enough. Hurricane Milton cause a bit of damage to my roof. My first call was to Best Performance Roofing and the crew was out the next day and had my shingles competed before lunchtime. Answers when you call..shows up when they sayextremely fair pricingthere not much more I could ask for!
