The Am-Con team who re-roofed my home literally blew my mind. They were absolutely STELLAR from the moment of introduction to roof completion. I'm not one to typically write reviews, but this is something I want people to know about. Frankly, for so many home repairs and upgrades, I'd worked with various contractors over the past year. And my experience had invariably been one of extreme stress and disppointment. Folks not showing up when they said, not communicatingwhat many of us often hear about these types of nightmares. Am-Con WAS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. Carlos was magnificent from the first time I talked to him: 1. He thoroughly explained the process to me 2. He showed up on time, every time he said he would 3. The team was available to begin the job in a timely manner 4. The permitting process was handled professionally and swiftly by him 5. It even rained when he said it would, demonstrating to me that his team actually watched the weather and PLANNED ahead 6. There were absolutely no surprises 7. They executed the re-roofing exactly as they said they would, on the days they said they would 8. They completed the job early 9. He would NOT ACCEPT A DIME OF PAYMENT UNTIL THE ROOF HAD BEEN COMPLETED AND INSPECTED/ACCEPTED by the county 10. He delivered the appropriate finished paperwork to me prior to accepting payment My overall experience was one of absolutely pleasant shock, and I don't think most people would be able to say that about having to put a roof on. These folks removed the stress from the process, and showed me something I haven't seen in any industry in a very long time: COMMITMENT TO A HIGH STANDARD OF QUALITY AND WORK ETHIC. To top it off, the price for the roof was by far the best of the 4 estimates I collected, by a good ways. So not only did they deliver, they showed me that there are people out there who still care about doing a good job. I could see that Carlos takes pride in his work and company, and I enthusiastically recommend them. And he can use me as a reference for anyone needing to go through this process, who might have questions.

They are very hard worker, responsible and do the job quickly. Very impressive!!
