We never had a chance to speak or meet this person, someone named Norene (form PERMITTING SERVICES OF CENTRAL FLORIDA LLC) contact us to request a quote on her behalf, we never had a chance to even give a quote because Norene claims that she is been pulling permits for third parties and she know all about roofing and construction with out even having license, formal education or any of the requirements that DBPR required in Florida to hold a license. She didn’t like when we didn’t agree with her opinion because she was wrong and not happy with that was rude, disrespectful, arrogant and both in English and spanish, also she even offer assistant to us in pulling permits, we don’t need third party assistance since our company is a licence contractor in the state of florida and that means we meet and exceed the DBPR requirements (education, experiance, insurance and bonded etc).Fortunately, we have all the communication with her via Tex etc recorded and we will be happy to send it to clarify this incident.Elizabeth castillo should not write a review that is misleading and false.We just revive a request for a free inspection as we do hundreds of them but never had someone as rude and disrespectful like Norene.As we told her, ‘ if your knowledge and believes are the ones you trust, and you are an expert on permitting , requirements and also have lots of experience on roofing, I probably better that you find someone else to give you a quote. She was furious because we had to correct her. And because we told her we know what we do, we hold the licences and we have the credentials.I wonder why she contact us? If she easily can arrange the re roof of her friend Elizabeth with out the help of us…….This will be escalated to google since there is not accurate and is badmouthing our company reputation and thi is serious.
