Called them since Jan 2023 to gave me a new roof quote or do a roof repair. They initially installed my roof in 2012. I called their office numerous times and the scheduler says she will send out the request and someone will call me but no one ever does. The Edgar Quintin team came highly recommended by a trusted friend, and they've been excellent. They gave me a competitive quote and had lots of patience while I asked question after question. Installation went smoothly, with one glaring exception: in the middle of the job, we had some very light rain one evening. One area wasn't fully protected and allowed a leak into the attic, destroying a big patch of kitchen ceiling. They're working hard to make it right.
