After hurricane Ian we got zero responses from roof contractors. Someone gave me RMS's number to call. I called and the salesman actually answered the phone. Yes, it took awhile because of supply issues. Ask for Tom Valentine. He ALWAYS answered my calls and texts through the months. An insurance adjuster stopped at our house for business and said the roofer did an exceptional job. Service: Roof installation

Fantastic job putting on our FLAT roof right after Hurricane Irma. Amazing group, super fast, accurate, and passed the city inspections with flying colors!

I live at an apartment complex this joke of a company is currently working on. I really have tried my best to stay patient with this working situation, but the absolute just negligence, sloppiness and unprofessionalism of this roofing crew is unbelievable. You would think these guys were working on an abandoned building and not an apartment building inhabited with people. The fact they are just chucking debris off of a roof to the backside of building 18 (shingles with huge screws, gutters) where this is no dumpster, and what would seem of no worry about hitting anybody passing is just mind numbing. Furthermore, they just leave all of this debris on the ground for hours with no care that I have to walk my dog dodging screws and nails like land mines. I tried to voice this with who I took to be the Forman yesterday and all he did was roll his eyes and tell me in a mocking fashion "so sorry for the inconvenience" I couldn't believe it. I am just shocked no one on the property has gotten hurt for how long they have been here. I really hate having to write these e-mails but this has just been so ridiculous I could not stay silent anymore.
