Tim came out on a follow-up. This can be an issue where credit is not given. But he performed as he said he would and we really appreciate this kind of service. He Just got right to work and arrived less than 48 hours after my call. 5 stars! Excellent work Tim!

I would like to give thanks to Superior One Roofing for my beautiful new Roof, and to Cristen in accounting, Jordan, and his crew they were very professional on how they handled job. Also I would like to thank Melanie, and Eric who made the process smooth, and easy. Also the job went fast, and they cleaned everything up when they were done. Two things are important to me: Trustworthiness and craftsmanship. I trusted Russ on his assessment of a repair job. No oversell- just a straight forward explanation with pictures. Tony did a good job and they matched the shingles very well. I wouldn't hesitate to call them for repair or replacement of your roof.

Not my Emo to write a review - but under duress I am forced to - this company (Superior One LLC) will hunt you down to earn your business -once the job is completed may god help you to get any support rather, they will blow you and ignored your calls or lied to each other about calling when in fact no call was received. In my case we had three skylights installed - the first batch measurements didnt match - they were switched out but the new ones had not tint as advertised Brought the issue to there attention for the past ten (10) months and finally they flat out told us they will not do anything - I should take up the issues with Kennedy (the company that makes the skylights). I advised I wrote a check to Superior One LLC not Kennedys. In summary, stay away from these guys - do your research and before you make a decision to do business with them.
