They were very Profesional and left the jobsite very clean every night. Took just over 2 days even in this extreme heat. They sent me before during and after pictures. They kept me informed every step of the way. I highly recommend them.

Initially I was very pleased with our experience. We had our roof replaced in December of 2019 and were able to claim the loss with our insurance company due to hurricane Irma. Everything went great that is until this past summer. Those two weeks where we had feel like temps reaching 120 I noticed the rolled asphalt shingle on our patio started to significantly slip. One corner its hanging approximately 10in and the other its hanging roughly 5in. Called Calloway as our roof is still under warranty, they sent someone out the next day and he just looked at it and said Ive never seen this before. And left. From then on its been a complete ghost town. I have called over and over and over (literally on a weekly basis for a month and a half solid) only to get connected to a contracted answering service who tells me each time theyll forward my request for a response of ANY nature and that theyve deemed this as urgent. I have had ZERO response from Calloway and I am extremely disappointed. So yea in summary; if you want someone who will go to your insurance company and secure you a new roof, theyre great for that. BUT if you want a company who will uphold their own guaranteed warranty and ACTUALLY communicate with you. They are not the one.

Not honest. Cuts corners. Lies to consumer about the warranty. Doesnt honor the warranty. Cheats its employees. Lies about cash deals to avoid paying taxes and workers comp. Runs two different licenses. Buyer beware. This company is a walking scam

Hands down the best roofing company in Central Florida. I was amazed at how efficient and thorough all of the staff is. From consultation to estimate to the actual roof and gutter installation. The crews work pretty quickly too for how unbearably hot it has been this Summer here in Orlando. Great guys and very respectable of the home and overall property. They use the best material and they are incredible at keeping communication with us, the homeowners! They make sure to keep in touch to ask if we have a preference on material or other supplies before making a purchase, which is super helpful. My home was long overdue for a new roof and they used an extra 1 to 2 layers of protection and waterproofing before even nailing the first shingle. I feel so relieved to not have to worry about any leaks or even a hurricane at this point. Did I mention their pricing is super competitive as well?!
