4 stars because even though the tech fixed my garage door properly, he could have spent a little more time on the service/maintenance part that I had asked for as well. However, I think this is probably the company you want to call. They actually answer the phone, book you fast, show up on time, make the repairs efficiently, and their pricing is fair. The Lady on the phone and the tech that came in were both very nice and pro.

5 star service! Filed a claim on a Sunday, next day was holiday. Received e-mail that service would be done that Friday. They actually came a day early and had our garage door fixed quickly and efficiently. The service tech (Israel) was very polite, knowledgeable. This was our 1st claim with company. I have to say Im very pleased with the service I received.

One Solution, was able to work me in yesterday as my garage door opener broke again after being repaired by another company 2.5 weeks ago. Technician Israel, was very professional & knowledgeable. He was able to fix the issue promptly. Im glad this company is part of my home warranty companys team.
