Brandywine Homes is the best rental company ever! I'm pleased to say that I've been with them over 2 years. When you want a Landlord and rental company that cares about it's residents and are very understanding with proper communication, look no further. They are real, they are legit!! I would recommend to anyone!!

Brandywine homes has shown me an experience of renting homes Ive only experienced one other time while renting in my 10 years of living in Florida. Every maintenance request is handled so fast and nothing is hidden everything is all out in the open. Jorge and Ashley both are amazing and answer all my questions same day ! My previous renters never took any maintenance request it was almost impossible to contact the property manager. Ashley and Jorge have really changed my mind and experience with renting in Florida. I cannot thank them enough.
