My mom and I were selling our house due to extensive damage and we saw a sign for National Property Resolutions that said "WE BUY HOUSES". So I gave them a call and we made a deal to sell our house fast, which we really needed. They handled everything, paid all the closing costs and we also helpful! We not only got a fair price on it, but we also closed when we agreed and got paid on time. If you need to sell a house that needs work or is vacant anywhere in Central Florida, I would definitely recommend calling them. We spoke with several other companies and they all seemed shady and we were really worried about getting scammed. But National Property Resolutions did a great job! I had a vacant run down houses that use to have bad tenant, When we inherited property in Florida, we did not want make repairs and we were out of state owners, as absentee owners, we worked with National Property solutions on our Florida house we wanted to sell fast, I highly recommend these guys, after talking to others from the google maps directory these guys had solutions no one else knew how to do, we got thru probate process with their help and the title company sent the settlement docs overnight, we signed the docs and sent us our money.. it was painless considering we were 1100 miles away. Having spoken with all the web buy houses guys the I buy house people and the we buy houses for cash companys we could find, we are glad we went with National Property Resolutions.
