Customer Service! 5 stars! I have used them twice and both times had someone here the next day. Jessica in dispatch was great and gave us a timely response (we called on a Sunday). Edwin our tech was very professional and personable came in like a super hero and got us up and running. Thank you for employing such great people! Lapin installed a new drain field in my property. Carlos Labrador and Robert Consider were my contacts throughout the construction. They were very professional and responsive to all my requests. Carlos advised me right in the beginning that the permitting process was lengthy and expected to take approximately 8 weeks which indeed it took. The work itself took only a full day. The drain field was inspected by County Health and passed. My experience with Lapin, Carlos and Robert could not have been better.
