Did a great Job of replacing our two water heaters with on larger one.  The had to move gas, water pipes and also the vent.  Took the extra time to insulate the water lines because they went under another vent. In my opinion they went above what the needed to do. Broom swept the area and left it much cleaner than when they got there.JOB WELL DONE SHAMROCKWould definitely use them again and will refer them to anyone that could use their services.They only do Plumbing and Drain Cleaning and they do it very well.Thanks, John E.

So glad to have Shamrock Plumbing complete the re-pipe of my rental home, they are quick to respond, responsive after hours, and are able to provide an accurate estimate the same day which is very helpful when you are weighing out your options. Mark the owner is fantastic! The estimate was reasonable and the whole re-pipe was done in about 6 hours! Really appreciate the explanation of the process from the office staff Shawn, she was helpful, friendly and put me at ease by answering all my questions and concerns! We are just waiting for the last step of the re-pipe which is drywall repair, Im sure they will do a good job! This is my first experience with Shamrock Plumbing and it wont be the last! Stephanie was quick to provide information and set up an appointment for us, and Ralph the plumber was both kind, informative, and was able to not only quote up other repairs we wanted to ask about, but also complete on site.
He explained why they used certain product lines for best value to us as customers. An additional faucet leak fix and a spigot and water line repair were also done at the same time. Spigot in particular was good because of it being a commercial business, reinfoced pipes and a removable knob to keep water from being wasted or taken.

I have a mischievous toddler who flushed a container of toothpaste and a washcloth down the toilet. Shamrock Plumbing was finishing up work in my neighborhood so I asked them to stop by to take a look, offered to pay their minimum fee, and whatever the cost was to repair. So after a long day of work, at quitting time (5pm), they graciously stopped by to take a look. But instead, they went ahead and fixed it for me free of charge. He even tweaked my tank to help it fill faster. I'm in disbelief. There are still good people who do good things out of the kindness of their hearts. He could have justifiably charged me an emergency rate, rush fee, labor, etc. I'm leaving this review because I want everyone to know the integrity and character of this company. I'd have paid double their rate, but instead I'll be telling everyone I know about them. I'm a customer for life... but next time, I'll happily pay and make an appointment.
