Ive been here twice for cleanings and I have been unsatisfied both times. The first time I did not leave with my teeth feeling clean and the whole appointment felt rushed. I was hesitant to come back but I was hoping I just caught them on a bad day. I came back today for another cleaning and I was very disappointed. The first person to see me said she was going to polish my teeth and then the hygienist was going to come in to clean my teeth. I have never had it done in this order and I knew it was wrong. She did not seem like she knew what she was doing and it seemed like she didnt know how to use the tools properly. Then the hygienist came in and cleaned my teeth. It wasnt the most careful and precise cleaning Ive ever had but it wasnt bad. Then the doctor came in and very quickly checked my teeth. He finished and I couldnt tell if I was done and they just kind of looked at me. I didnt feel like they cared about me as a patient. I was just overall disappointed and I wont be returning.

I was hesitant to go to magnolia dental because It's a little far from my home. I went head and moved to a different office closer to me and I tell you.I couldn't handle it.I needed to go back to magnolia. The warmth welcomes the personal savvy service. I feel like family, and I decided that the distance that I have to drive to Go to Magnolia.It is worth it.

Took me in as a same day emergency, I had such severe pain and they took care of it. They worked with me and my finances, and did an amazing job. I woke up this morning finally able to move my jaw and eat like a normal person.
