Be careful before you employee this company to paint your house. They talk a good game but do NOT follow up when asked. 2 summers ago they painted my house on the outside. Nino, the owner assured me the paint he had selected was top quality. I do admit it looked fine when it was freshly painted ALTHOUGH I expressed to him that I thought the paint was being applied way to lightly. He assured me that was not the case. I also asked him to tell me about any places he saw on my soffit that showed rot or anything that required attention. He assured me that he would and later stated that everythine was a ok. While speaking to him from the ground, I showed him a spot that looked to me like it needed attention. He climed the latter and took a look. He then proceeded to arrange with his employees to caulk the hole that I had pointed out, saying it was just a knot, not to worry. After 2 years he was in my neighborhood looking for me to refer him for a neighbors painting job. I pointed out to him that there were several sections on my house that were bleaching out. He said not to worry, leave the paint outside and he would be by next week and spray the areas in question. That was three weeks ago and three unanswered phone calls so far andthe paint is still setting there. I hve has to replace major secetions of my facia board and have hired a real painter to repaint my front and side facia boards since the paint he had applied was peeling. I did recommend to my neighbor to make sure he hired anyone else except Nino's Painting.
