Louis, I have been trying to reach you since Thursday 01/26. Calling your cellphone and company phone I understand that you did not come on Friday to finish the hallway and bathrooms, and the bedrooms are ready with the primer for the final touch-up. As per our contract, you had stated that you would finish the remaining work on my house this week. The other areas are ready for the final touch-up, and I have made two payments as per our agreement. However, the work has not been completed yet. I sincerely hope that this matter can be resolved amicably and you come today to continue the work as agreed upon in our contract. If not, I will have no choice but to escalate this issue to the relevant authorities. Thank you for your understanding and I look forward to hearing from you soon. Service: General repairs
