Shout out to my parent loan officer Huy and Ivy for their amazing service and attentiveness. Due to my parent not being able to write in English Im posting this review on their behalf. Both Huy and Ivy treated us with care and professionalism. Like I stated above both of my parent werent very good with English. But Huy and Ivy were extremely helpful in communicating with my parents, keeping them informed and updated, they explained everything to us step by step and any alternative path that we can take with pros and cons all display for us to decide on, and all paperwork were explained page by page with nothing being skipped over. A special shout out to Huy who were the main Loan officer and the main line of communication with my parent, Huy answer every question that we have and even reassure us when we are worried. Unfortunately we didnt get a chance to meet with either Huy or Ivy in person because we are in Tampa and they are in Orlando, but their communication were extremely flexible and attentive. In my opinion with any mortgages communication between the loan officer and the buyer is keys. And both Huy and Ivy did such an amazing job with it. We were so lucky to have found Huy and Ivy to help us refinancing our houses.

First of all, I want to greatly thank Absolute Team for helping me out on purchasing my dream house. As a first time home buyer, every steps + processes + paperworks seems a little overwhelmed for me and my family, but Huy and the team had guided me throughout the whole process. All details, fees, documents, requirements are carefully explained and clarified prior to closing. The greatest thing is I was able to move in my dream house in just UNDER A MONTH Friendly + Professional + Knowledgeable Will definitely come back in future business and recommend to all of my friends and family Thank you Absolute Team!
