This is the absolute worst plan I've ever had & I'll be changing during open enrollment. They've put a step in place to discourage you from getting specialist care, imaging, or procedures where the PCP who is not qualified to treat your condition has to approve the recommendation of the doctor he sent you to. Where that gets sticky is the doctors are all very busy & they don't make this superfluous step priority. So the sick person (disabled in a Mobility Scooter in this case) has to do all their own legwork. I've driven back & forth between doctors just delivering paperwork & trying to get people to do their job more than I can count. My PCP tells me that the insurance company has put this & many other hitches in place to encourage you to give up & cease trying to get help so they don't have to pay. It's criminal in my estimation, should not be allowed, & I hope everyone considering getting this insurance reads this & changes their minds. Trying to get solutions to my issues should have only taken a few short months. Instead, I'm going on a year now & still no solution due to THIS Insurance company.

Ive only been coming to the center for a couple of months now. I dont attend EVERY day, but when I do, Im greeted BY NAME!!! The staff takes the time/effort to know us all and makes us feel welcomed. Its a bit of a drive for me . But well worth my trip.

This center is amazing Ive been coming here since the beginning of December 2022 its been amazing I live alone and its helped me so much to get back into socializing and given me a fantastic support system. The workers at the center are very creative and helpful. The activities coordinator comes up with very interesting crafts and fun activities games dancing and interactions we always have lots of fun. Ive made new friends and actually have a life again its really been a blessing for me. Thank you guys for being there for us you are greatly appreciated if I could Id give you Twenty stars for your energy and kindness thank you again so much
