If you get sent to any doctor from this company, refuse and ask for another choice, it doesn't matter the location because they just rent an office space to do the exam. They pay these providers $$$ to supplement their income doing SSI Exams, Disability Exams, workmen's comp. , Auto Insurance, Etc. They are NOT for your best care even though they are supposed to be neutral! My exam for example, I can't say much because I may go after him, but he put down NO LESIONS anywhere on my body ( I am full of skin lesions and was one of my main concerns, they are everywhere. Ears, faces, mouth, legs, etc. and every tooth is broken in my mouth. ) His exact words " Mouth moist, no lesions. No odors. Thyroid normal to palpation." Oh, I've had a goiter for 15 yrs that I just had an ultrasound done on! lol. It just gets worse from there but this is what he submitted to disability. I will be writing to the medical board about Dr. Isaiah Cochran because he shouldn't be practicing medicine if in filling out a simple form he contradicts himself. I saw him at Almonte Springs.
