My disaster resulted from a plumber I called after a connection between my toilet and water supply leaked and he told me the best he could do for me was repipe the entire house as he couldnt guarantee replacement of the shut off valve. He then said how this would raise the value of my property in direct proportion to the expense ($10,350). Stupid me.. I should have gotten a second opinion and details of what he intended to do. I made stupid assumptions like holes he made in the walls would be repaired. Naively I believed the best and ended up with the worst! Im sure the whole job was unnecessary. All it really needed was attention to tightening up the connection to the bidet. Maybe some glop on the threads Whatever. The shut off valve wasnt leaking. 3 days into the job I woke during the night with a connection to my shower broken and blasting through into the shower after blowing thru the tile and shooting up and hitting the ceiling and raining down all over, Out in my nightgown to shut off the water and call plumbers. Water had flooded out of the bathroom, across the hall and into large walk-in closet. Plumber came in morning and tightened the bad connections pasted the tile in the shower back in place and called water mitigation firm to dry out the place. A few days later he finished and requested the balance per our agreement and departed. Knowledgeable friend suggested that shower valves should have been replaced. Plumber said he didnt as that would have cost $300 more per valve ($1200). He then inquired whether or not my insurance covered water damages I said yes and gave water mitigation company the insurance information. They had the obviously damaged wood as well as noted that bathroom floor tile had loosened. The insurance company advised me that coverage was limited if I didnt let them select and oversee the repairs. Primary contractor subbed bulk of work to Machado General Services A better service will not be found! Im proud to call Alan Machado my friend His name is in my contact list and I will cheerfully recommend him to my friends. He and his entire crew provided professional service while doing their best to make their presence friendly and respectful When I complained about the shower tile was needing big time work because of the water that fell into the space behind the tile he/they concurred and I submitted a second claim. Mold in the wooden flooring resulted in replacement of all the contiguous wood (living room, dining room, family room, master bedroom, hall and walk-in closet. Bathroom is totally new: floor and shower tile, shower door and window, double sink dressing table, toilet stool and installed grab bars and painted. Its beautiful. I have a like new house. I repeat. Alan and his crew were wonderful to work with after a flood at our home. He was was there from start to finish. Painting and floors. My mom and I were very happy with Alans services. We were very thankful that he was there for us. Thank you Alan for everything!!! Our home is beautiful.

Alan was courteous and quick! He helped my company clean and haul junk away last minute. He hauled machines, furniture and boxes away and left the storage locker spotless.
