Overall, I would still consider ordering from Petals by Design again, their table arrangement was stunning but overall I was pretty upset with my bridal bouquet and can honestly say that is still the case 7 months after the fact, not just day of. Taking with a grain of salt that their staffing had changed over COVID and honestly maybe more importantly than anything else really, they offered a full refund on my wedding flowers which I didn't need to use in the end, but that speaks volumes to the type of customer service they provide. Also - their table arrangements were amazing and beyond what I could've ever expected and shows their talent on those. I got a bit unlucky that the designer who I was originally working with wasn't the best in responsiveness, and ended up being let go, so there were communication gaps between what I had originally talked about and having to repeat everything may have lost some of my intention in the process. I had wanted a bridal bouquet that was very loose and wild looking with more greenery than flowers. On the way out of my second consultation I actually paid much more to add in ranunculus as a premium splurge since I thought it would add to the wild look. Day of wedding, the bouquet came in as a tight mostly white ball of flowers that was very opposite to all the photos I had sent in prior and really couldn't tell that there were premium flowers in the way I wanted, to where I got that heart sink feeling when it got pulled out of the box and spent part of our photos taking time yanking and breaking stems out as much as I could without destroying the whole bouquet. It seems like this phenomenon is common as our photographer said that the exact same thing had happened with her own wedding bouquet. I was originally going to get the bouquet preserved in resin, but it would've just been a reminder of how bad I felt about it. All in all, I'd say that was one of the few downsides to the overall day, which I can't truly complain about. All in all, decent pricing, beautiful table arrangements, loose florals were beautiful for decor and hair, more professional when I interacted with Brittany (super nice!) with the designer change, and I would say that during the consultation to be very very specific about what will make you happy and what will not make you happy, since you can tell that they want to do a good job. Finally - you can tell they're still one of the good ones due to their COVID wedding response.

The flowers came out amazing for our big day and really captured my vision. I wanted a large cascading bouquet and they nailed it. The centerpieces were lovely, the sweetheart table splash was gorgeous and the other arrangements were all perfect.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. First of all, their communication is phenomenal. I had a lot of questions about my arrangements and Brittany was quick to answer and very informative. On the day of my wedding, she delivered my flowers and made sure I was happy and even added my grandmothers handkerchief to my bouquet. I was an emotional mess when I saw how perfectly everything came together. Lastly, their pricing is extremely reasonable. I shopped around for awhile before choosing them and their pricing was way more affordable than most places. I highly recommend this team!!

Amazing Florist in Every Way. Wedding Date, May 17, 2021 at Highland Manor in Apopka. They do beautiful work, and pricing is best in town. Brittany exceeded our expectations. As the mother of the bride she created the perfect wedding for my daughter. I provided the theme and Brittany went above and beyond to create a forest look with elegance and softness, adding the perfect colors, to make every detail perfect. If you look at the details of the flower spray on the tree and then the same theme of flowers in the arrangements on the table, you will be amazed. Look for the tiny daisies on the tree and those in the table arrangements! Wow what a work of art. The brides bouquets were exactly what we asked for, and the price was half of what other flower places were asking! The quality of work, the quality of the flowers and freshness were perfect! Brittany is amazing! I know my flowers, having been in the event planning industry for years, and I highly recommend Petals by Design!
