Farah was very professional and does immaculate work. You can see she is very passionate about her business. She was on time and made sure she attended to all the details. I would highly recommend her services.

Farah met with us and told us she can do all the things we wanted... 2 day Event. January 2022. The first day we never saw her, her husband and team were there. The centerpiece was different then we discussed. Tablecloths dirty. I had to get a last min different vendor for the stage. Her husband told us it was her sister wedding. Then she should not of taken the job. $10,000 plus is a lot of money to not do an amazing job, it is also someone's special day. The Second day was just the Stage Backdrop which was very simple the Bride T and A letters. The husband came and set it up and used black tape on the back of the letter. the letter turned around and the black tape was in most of the bride and grooms photos. Truly sad, they sure of used clear tape and secure it better to not move. Not even a call that she was apologetic. Just take your money, do a horrible job and on her Instagram travels to Dubai.

Farah and her team were absolutely amazing! Their attention to detail was incredible! I would highly recommend using this company!! She was easy to communicate with and I really appreciated that she was so flexible. She accommodated every request I had and assisted when I needed some ideas. At first, I was not sure what I wanted to do in terms of decor with the exception of my color scheme. I asked Farah for some ideas and she helped me to create my dream wedding! I mentioned I did not want to use the same centerpieces for all tables and that I wanted to alternate them. She has a very large inventory and she went through many different options with me so I can choose the ones I liked the best. In addition to the different centerpieces, her fresh florals were so beautiful!! Farah recommended the flower combination I should use and incorporated all of my colors into my aisle and tables. I had an issue with my cake topper and Farah assisted by providing some flowers for my cake, which was an added bonus. She also accommodated a last minute request when I asked her for a second set of stairs by the other end of the aisle. Finally, for my favourite part, Farah was very creative with my aisle and stage. I wanted to do something different than the traditional walkway and I asked her for some ideas. She contacted the hall right away to see if she could accommodate the walkway that I wanted. Once she got the approval, she immediately started sending me different options. From the gold structure in the front of the walkway to the five gold ones in the back, it was perfect! It also looked so beautiful in the pictures, as you can see. Overall, I am very pleased with Prizm Event Design. Farah has amazing decor and she is very easy to work with. I would highly recommend using this company for your wedding and event decor.
