Frederick Palacios DDS

I was very nervous as I just had a bad experience at a different dentist office but I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received today. Sandra was very pleasant and sweet and provided all the information I needed upfront and was very transparent. The Hygienist Rosie was so sweet and kind and gentle, I was anxious being in the charge but she made the whole experience very comfortable and gave great tips and tricks to help improve my flossing amongst other things. I will definitely be back!

I have not been to a dentist in a long time, not only cause not my fav. lol but the pain. So I had a crown fall and just showed up here to Family Dentistry w/ Dr. Palacios. Michelle did her best to get me in right away, very sweet young lady. Dr. Palacios and his Asst. Neli are Amazing. They work so good together and love the fact he really take care of you, make sure you not in pain and talks to you hole time. Sandra office Manager so sweet as well. I have been back 4 times and will continue to see them and I recommend anyone, you will fall in love like I did.

Dr Palacios is a special dentist. This was my first time in his office but you can tell from one procedure that he is different than most dentists. Normally Ive left dental offices feeling like my mouth was worked on with a sledge hammer, but Dr. P was extremely gentle and explained every step of the process, making sure I was comfortable the whole time. My mouth was not sore at all when my novocaine wore off! If you dont like dentists, then this is the dentist for you.

Im so happy I found this office. Everyone was super friendly and nice, it was my first time here and they made me feel so welcome. I had my wisdom tooth pulled. Dr. Palacios was very nice and make sure I was comfortable. He was very gentle and explained everything (before and after procedure) The front desk checked with me the next day to make sure that I was doing fine. Is hard to find good doctors in Orlando and Im so happy I was able to find this office.

I love coming to Dr.Palacios, they treat me like family and a celebrity everytime I visit! From Sandra greeting you with a bright smile at the front desk to Dr.Palacio just making you feel comfortable! He's more than a dentist he cares about his patients, he was the ONLY dentist to show me I only had 3 wisdom teeth instead of assuming I had it removed. I love his dentist assistant she's super friendly she makes me feel comfortable and less nervous when getting dental work done! The new hygienist Rosie is a pleasure and super knowledgeable as well! If you're looking for a dentist and call it HOME this is the office for you. I found out recently my insurance is out of their network and they still make it affordable for me to keep coming! I hope I can remain a patient with Dr.Palacio FOREVER!
