Use the instructions you were given from the office. This means not only brushing your teeth consistently, but correctly flossing every day. Flossing is the only way to remove the plaque between teeth and under gums, which can help prevent tooth decay, gum disease, and bad breath.

If going to the dentist stresses you out , it's bc you're going to the wrong one. At Hillcrest dental from the front desk to the dental assistant and off course Dr Nalini is nothing short of amazing. Extremely knowledgeable, patient , honest and Doc is precise with her hands. If you want someone who cares about your smile as much as you do I highly recommend this office. A+ personalities and 5 service.
