Normally Im a chicken when it comes to the dentist, known for canceling needed appointments out of fear of discomfort either from pain or unhappy staff. Not here! I was early, couldnt wait to see everyone and the cleaning and following cap work was pain FREE! And the conversations with me were human! THIS PLACE ROCKS! Cant wait for my next appointment!

I was a new patient. I liked Dr. Nash. However, my hygienist, Ahmad, was less than personable. He did not clean my teeth, only recommended a $900 deep clean. I felt like I was being hustled.

If I could give no stars , I would have. Sept 2022, I decided to get 2 crowns. They do prep work and put temp crowns on at this location. I told them I was in pain when I went to appt to get permanent crown on. It got worse as I sat there. I said I think I need root canals and antibiotics. Dentist said no, nothing was wrong. Took an X-ray. I was crying , I was in so much pain at this point. Dentist gives me novacane and says, I can see your in pain. They put on new crowns in a rush. When novacane wore off, the pain was so intense for 4 days of the holiday weekend. Then they drill through new crowns to do root canals and I had bad infection. Then, 6 months later, filling in root canal needs to be replaced. Had that done at Sand Lk rd Sage . Now another 6 months later, One of crowns just broke off. I called and they cant get me in for a week. I found new place to go today. I will never go back to a Sage dental.
