The Lake Nona Branch is really clean and thw staff is amazing! I've had a few staff members help me on a few occasions and they are all very professional and knowledgeable on all matters pertaining to banking! I wish all customer service representatives in all fields were as cordial, professional and knowledgeable as the staff here! Great experience and they won't disappoint you!

The customer service at Addition Financial Lake Nona is EXCELLENT!!! Never have I felt more valued as a customer. Head teller Stephanie is my Go To teller. She has assisted me on many occasions, and always with a smile. Redeeming savings bonds are more trouble than theyre worth, and are very time consuming. But Stephanie has never complained. I have observed her in action with other customers; just as pleasant and helpful as can be! Teller Dee is another team member Addition Financial should be proud representing them. I have only interacted with Dee on 2-3 occasions. After the 1st time, she remembered my name and cheerfully greets me each time I walk in. Impressive. Dee is funny, and just puts you in a good mood. Branch manager Vanessa has previously assisted me in my time of need. Definitely showed a can do attitude. Kind and professional, Stephanie, Dee, and Vanessa have become more than people who work at a financial institution. Without a doubt, they will treat you well also.
